Natisonis Court

Corte Natisonis

Natisonis Court

The Corte Natisonis project was created in collaboration with the Cividale del Friuli Trade District and the communications agency Altrementi ADV.

The common goals are to enhance the area of the municipalities involved and connect it with the businesses that have decided to be part of the project. The participating municipalities are: Cividale del Friuli (lead), San Pietro al Natisone, San Leonardo, Pulfero, Grimacco, Savogna, Drenchia, Torreano, Stregna, Attimis and Faedis.

The need for the District is also to have an identified space on an institutional website where all the partners involved and business activities, as well as the events organized during the year, can be highlighted. From the site you can also reach the Bottega del Friuli online shop and, of course, the digital ecosystem.

The digital ecosystem is the product of an in-depth study of the area that foregrounds the municipalities and their tourist, historical and natural points of interest, which are then integrated with what are the commercial outlets that are members of the district. Hence the construction of maps that include the entire territory involved, individual municipalities and focus on the most articulated and dense centers of points of interest. These are identified by ground-based 360-degree images linked in turn to aerial images made by drones. The filming was carried out during the summer period.

Each point of interest is marked on the map by a hotspot that places it in space and identifies its category. Clicking on its icon opens the 360-degree image embedded in a navigation frame that contains information such as “you are here” and from which you can access the view from above (via drone icon). On the aerial images there are also clickable hotspots linked to corporate websites.

Access to points of interest (POIs) can also be done through navigation menus divided into categories that always lead back to the corresponding 360 image. To make the mobile version more user-friendly, we opted to keep only the menu with categories while the maps appear in the desktop version.

The ecosystem by definition includes multiple digital elements that express a different degree of depth depending on what you want to achieve. The digital twin results in the greatest degree of depth that can be encountered within the project. On the images of points of interest, in addition to inserting any tourist or useful navigational information, there are also buttons that give access to digitizations of the interior spaces of any commercial businesses.
