Pier the Roof is a restaurant that is part of GROUP 040 and is located on the Venice Pier on the shores of Trieste within the San Giusto Marina. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace located at the end of the pier directly on the sea, and the “roof” that offers a wide view of the surrounding basin. These spaces were digitized and made available for what they wanted to emphasize most: menus and table arrangements to emphasize the special ambience and atmosphere that frames the venue.

The dishes offered by the restaurant are presented with images through Matterport hotspots arranged on the tables and listed on the navigation menu where the entire menu is developed divided into categories. The arrangement of tables emphasizes the uniqueness of the location and the glimpses of the sea that the restaurant’s location offers. The Roof is dedicated to summer aperitifs and events: a video placed in virtual staging on the screen between the Garden and the Roof Sea gives a sense of the atmosphere during summer evenings.
