Usually virtual navigation tools are closed, uncooperative sets (i.e., either, you can’t do anything with them except look at the space and move around in it).
Our system, thanks to an APP and any smartphone, allows one to project oneself within the virtual space at the moment one is physically in a given place. In this way, infinite advantages can be obtained including assisted navigation, multilingual support adapted to the language in which the phone is set, and cultural and commercial information perfectly timed according to the moment when the user is in a given place.
So through through our interpretation of virtual reality we can have virtual assistants , tour guides, and any kind of assistant that is able to enhance our physical experience in a certain context, eliminating all kinds of barriers and at the same time substantially reducing all management costs, physical and digital.
Virtual reality places the user in an artificial environment through the use of a VR visor that provides visual and auditory information of the space being explored, finding themselves in a three-dimensional world in which they can interact with informational and multimedia hotspots enhancing their customer experience and where they can move through the environments included in the journey.
We can then create structured pathways that allow people to immerse themselves inside a company, museum or any place, even an open one, and to anticipate the experience, to acquire information, to overcome any architectural barriers or to let people discover environments and realities normally closed to the public or not accessible.
